I did something this week that I very rarely do but I started listening to this book

Path Of The Assassin (Scot Harvath, #2)
Path of the Assassin by Brad Thor

After I had listened for about 4 hours I realized that I wasn't enjoying the book and that I didn't see it getting any better so I gave myself permission to not finish it.  I have too many other books just waiting to be listened to and read to be struggling through ones that I am not enjoying.  I will be writing a post on this book and why I didn't like it next week.

  2. I've read a few of the Brad Thor books .... I enjoy them, but they're not for everyone. Might I recommend Vince Flynn to you ... I read Transfer of Power a little while ago and really enjoyed it, much better than Brad Thor in my opinion.

    Thanks for the suggestion.
