My Take:  This was a great cozy mystery.  Even though it is the fourth book in a series I was able to enjoy this book without having read the other books in the series.  I will probably be picking up the other books as well and will look for other books in the series.  The one complaint that I had was I am use to reading the Hannah Swenson Series by Joanne Fluke and those books are packed with recipes where as this book only had two recipes at the end of the book.  Even though these two series' are set in cookie shops they are totally different as to the type of shop.  The Cookie Cutter Series is all about the cookies made with cookie cutters and a cookie cutter plays a major part in the mystery.  Also cookies play a part also.  There were alot of suspects that Olivia and her friend had to shift through all while planning Maddie's engagement party.  This had all of the things I like about cozy mysteries.  A romance but nothing hot and heavy, the murder was not gone into with a lot of detail the emphasis was on the solving of the mystery, a cute pet to add a little extra something in this case a rescued yorkie,  a town full of interesting characters.  I found myself laughing out loud a few times which I never do.
