The story is set in Post World War 2 and Sam has what we today call PTSD. His wife Annie is a great wife who stands by her man no matter what. There are a few turns in the story that has you wondering if Sam is imagining it all. it is a great story that will have you turning pages as fast as you can read them. Highly recommend.
