Don't Know Where, Dont' Know When by Annette Laing
Don't Know Where, Don't Know When by Annette Laing
This was a wonderful book. It is told with a sense of humor that is engaging and not condensending to it's audience.
Hannah and her brother Alex move form California to Snipesville Georgia. Let's just say that Hannah isn't to happy about this development. In Snipesville they meet Brandon who they befriend. They are trying to find something to do and go into the college library where they run into a strange Professor. Upon leaving they notice that all the computers are gone and the librarian is typing on a typewriter.
When they leave the building the country side changes and all of the buildings are no longer there.
Where are the kids? and how did they get there?
This is a great adventure that would be a great summer read for pre-teens and even teenagers (heck I enjoyed it and I am waaay past my teens). And don't tell them but they may even learn something along the way.

Sounds like a fun read. I don't think you necessarily need to stick to age limits in reading. Glad you enjoyed the book.
