Meet Sarah: Sarah Sundin is the author of "With Every Letter" and the Wings of Glory series. In 2011, A "Memory Between Us" was a finalist in the Inspirational Reader's Choice Awards, and Sarah received the Writer of the Year Award at the Mount Hermon Christian Writers Conference. A graduate of UC San Francisco School of Pharmacy, she works on call as a hospital pharmacist. During WWII, her grandfather served as a pharmacist's mate (medic) in the Navy and her great-uncle flew with the US Eighth Air Force in England. My Take:   This is the Second book in Sundin's Series Wings of the Nightingale.  Although this is a series the books stand alone so you do not need to read the first to enjoy this book but you will want to read the first book because they are really good.  This story is about two people a man and a woman who have enlisted in the services during World War II and how they handle things with their significant others back home.  I liked the attention to detail that Sarah Sundin took in writing this book and I think if you are a history fan you will like this book.  If you are not a history buff I think you will still like this book because it is so well written and tells a wonderful story.
