My Take:  I really liked what I read in this book. Each chapter starts with a Scripture verse then goes on to give a sample prayer that you can either say in it's entirety or use as a springboard for your own prayer.  Each chapter has a theme that you can pick and choose what you need to use.  I found that this book helped me to focus in on what I wanted to say in my prayers and gave me a good jumping off point.  I can see me coming back to this book almost daily.  Excellent tool.
