My Take:  This subject matter is near and dear to my heart as my granddaughter was a choice.  She was a choice that changed the lives of both families but for so much for the best.  This book takes you on a trip with the characters and shows you that choices have consequences.  Very enjoyable book.  I highly recommend it.
